Giselle’s Dance

I have known Giselle for three years now. We were at the same class during our HSBC training days. At first, I thought she was "suplada" because she rarely smiled
and was not sure whether she liked me. Then we became seatmates and that was it. We were talking constantly and became instant friends.

Fast forward… she quit HSBC because …. oh, actually I am not sure why, hahaha.. But I know for a fact that she had other plans that time and thought that was the best thing to do. Then when I moved to NS, I asked her if she wants to join me since this can be a good career opportunity. True enough, she aced the interview and boommm… we are officemates again.

Last Saturday was Giselle’s special day…. It was her wedding day.. Right after work, I rushed to their church and there she was.. looking like a princess in her white wedding gown.. When she danced for her hubby, I could only smile and was left teary eyed… The Hawaiian dance she had for that day was awesome… She can give the SexBomb dancers a run for their money, hahahahaha…

I didn’t know I was teary eyed until my glasses became blurred and my eyes felt a tear. It was the most beautiful thing in the world. She was dancing for Brigham like they are the only people in the room. She was smiling like she has never smiled before. She was dancing like she has never danced before. Her hands were demonstrating how a woman can love a man like she has never loved before. I have never seen Giselle happy until that day.

It was Giselle’s dance I kept thinking that day and how it made a difference. I told Marcy if I could be that graceful, then I would only have 1,011 wishes left in this world. I don’t know how to describe it because my eyes cannot fully understand it.. Only my heart does..

Just so you know, I told Giselle I am learning that dance. I am not even sure if I will ever have the chance to dance like it’s the greatest performance of my life…I know once day, Giselle’s dance will be my dance too…For that one great guy..

Geez… I better start practicing now..
